Returns

SAJE WOMAN has a 14-day return policy. Returns are at the customer’s expense, whether in France or abroad.

Outside the European Union, sajewoman.com will not be able to reimburse sales and customs taxes; however, you can try to recover these sums by contacting your nearest customs office directly. As this is not possible in all countries, we recommend that you use a customs broker if you wish to reclaim taxes on a returned item.

Please note that refunds may take up to fourteen working days to appear on your account, due to varying processing times from one payment service provider to another.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

In the event of delivery of an item that does not correspond to the customer’s order, or of a transport-related defect, the customer may return said item to SAJEWOMAN by following the procedure set out below and accessible on the site. Only a refund will be offered for a return. Once the returned items have been checked, SAJE WOMAN undertakes to process the customer’s return as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receipt of the return package. The refund will be made to the customer’s bank account or payment account used to pay for the items.

Here are the return procedures:

1- Whether you are in France or abroad, pack your items in their original packaging along with your delivery slip showing your order number.

Return the items via the carrier of your choice, taking care to choose a tracking service. No claim can be made without a tracking number, as the return is the customer’s responsibility.

2- Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of your return.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be made to the credit card used to pay for the order. Please note that we will reimburse you within 14 working days of receiving the return of your order.

Important information:

– Please ensure that all items are exactly as you received them, with their label(s) still attached.

– You can return items by any secure means of transport, with tracking essential for any claim.

– If you are returning a “world” parcel, you may use the delivery service of your choice, but the tracking number will be essential for any claim. SAJE WOMAN will not be held responsible for the loss of returned packages that are not tracked.

SAJE WOMAN QUALITY GUARANTEE

If an item you receive is identified as faulty and has been received damaged, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Some items are handmade, which gives them a unique finish and may differ from one another.

EXCEPTION

For reasons of hygiene, swimwear will not be returned or exchanged if the plastic sanitary protection has been removed.
